Ingredients
8 small (6-inch) flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup shaved deli turkey (100% turkey for halal)
3 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
Crack cream cheese into a bowl; soften with fingertips using press-and-release technique
Blend in ranch seasoning in a circular motion until smooth
Chill filling for 15 minutes
Spoon 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a 1/4-inch margin
Sprinkle 1 scoop cheddar cheese and 1 tbsp sliced deli turkey
Top with green onions using tongs to distribute evenly
Roll tortillas tightly, compress with a rolling pin
Place seam-side down on a baking sheet, securing with toothpicks
Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown

Freeze pre-rolled (unbaked) pinwheels for 15 mins before storing
Cut baked pinwheels into thirds for more snack-sized pieces
