Ingredients
4 cups fresh spinach or 1 can (14 oz) spinach, drained
2 cups cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves minced garlic
1 small finely chopped onion (about ½ cup)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon halal Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Roast garlic cloves in olive oil for 10-12 minutes until golden
Sauté chopped onion in a pan until softened (about 5 minutes)
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, roasted garlic, and sautéed onion in a blender
Pulse until smooth, then stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese
Transfer to a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until heated through
Chill for 30 minutes before serving
