Description
Streamline your family dinner with these delicious sheet pan cheeseburger sliders. By baking the ground beef as a single seasoned slab, you ensure maximum juiciness and perfectly melted cheese without the hassle of flipping individual patties. This efficient method is perfect for feeding a crowd, resulting in perfectly toasted buns and savory, tender beef that everyone will love.
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
12 count slider buns
8 slices cheddar cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried herbs (oregano or parsley blend)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine ground beef, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until incorporated.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Press the beef mixture into an even layer to cover the baking sheet surface.
Bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove from oven, drain excess fat if necessary, and top the beef slab with cheddar cheese slices.
Slice the slider buns horizontally to create top and bottom halves.
Place the bottom halves on the cheese-covered beef, then layer the top buns over them.
Brush the tops of the buns with olive oil and sprinkle with dried herbs.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure you do not overmix the beef to keep the texture tender. You can substitute cheddar with American cheese for extra meltiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven to maintain bun texture.
