Ingredients
Refried Beans 1 can (15 oz / 425g), drained and seasoned
Sour Cream 2 cups
Guacamole 2 cups
Salsa 2 cups
Cheddar Cheese 8 oz (230g), shredded
Tomatoes 2 cups, diced
Olives 1 cup, pitted and chopped
Green Onions 1/2 cup, sliced
Instructions
Drain refried beans and season with salt and ground cumin if desired. Set aside.
Dice all vegetables: tomatoes, green onions, and olives. Set aside.
Taste store-bought salsa or guacamole and adjust seasoning as needed.
Layer refried beans in a bowl as the base.
Spoon a layer of sour cream over the beans.
Add a layer of guacamole.
Top with a layer of salsa.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Arrange diced tomatoes on the cheese layer.
Place chopped olives on top of the tomatoes.
Finish with sliced green onions.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
