Ingredients
2 lbs (900g) chicken breast
1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary)
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Finely chop herbs and press garlic cloves
Combine with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper to make marinade
Marinate chicken in a sealed bag for 1–2 hours
Dry chicken with paper towels
Preheat grill to 400–425°F
Grill 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, 6–7 minutes for well-done
Notes
