Description

A rich, cheesy, and smoky dip blending spicy jalapeños with creamy cheeses and halal turkey bacon. Perfect for parties or game nights with bold heat and velvety textures.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
20 jalapeños, halved and de-seeded
20 turkey bacon pieces (pork-free smoky alternative)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup breadcrumbs (use panko for extra crunch)
1 tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut jalapeños lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes (wear gloves).
In a food processor, blend cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, and salt until smooth.
Fold in 1/2 cup breadcrumbs to the cheese mixture.
Spoon 1 tbsp of the cheese-breadcrumb mix into each jalapeño half.
Add a piece of turkey bacon on top of each jalapeño.
Sprinkle remaining breadcrumbs evenly over the dish.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Use gloves to avoid jalapeño oil irritation.
Chill dip for 20 minutes post-baking to set cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips or bread for best texture.
Store refrigerated up to 2 days in an airtight container.
