Ingredients
8 large Hawaiian rolls
10 oz halal-certified turkey slices (1″ thick)
36 thin slices Swiss cheese (halal-labeled)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
Preheat skillet over medium heat or use a toaster oven
Split rolls and lightly toast cut sides
Layer 1 turkey slice per roll
Top with 2-3 Swiss cheese slices per roll
Brush Dijon mustard on bottom buns
Dot with small butter pats
