Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (150g each)
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow onion
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into 1.5-inch cubes, removing connective tissue
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
Submerge chicken in marinade, pressing to coat thoroughly
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours
Cut bell pepper into 1-inch chunks and slice yellow onion into ½-inch thick wedges
Thread chicken and vegetable pieces onto skewers, alternating to ensure even cooking
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Grill skewers for 6–8 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender with charred edges
