Ingredients
2 medium red apples (Greenskin varieties like Granny Smith)
8 large strawberries (remove stems and hulls)
1 large mango (at peak ripeness)
2 kiwi fruits (include skin if desired)
2 tbsp lime juice (fresh-squeezed)
2 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp cinnamon chips (gently husked for mild heat)
Instructions
Peel and core apples, then slice into quarters
Blot apple pieces with paper towels to concentrate flavor
Hull strawberries and cut into halves or quarters
Pare mango meat from pit and cut into one-inch cubes
Peel kiwi and cut slices with mandoline for precise thickness
Combine ingredients in a glass bowl with lime juice and sugar
Mix gently with spatula until fully incorporated
Finish with cinnamon chips and chill in a tin for 1 hour
Notes
Blotting apples removes moisture for firmer texture
Use fresh lime juice over bottled for brightest flavor
Adjust sugar based on fruit ripeness and personal taste
Kiwi skin adds extra fiber if left on
