Description
A rich and creamy snack dip blending savory and tangy flavors. Made with full-fat cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and topped with cheddar cheese and green onions. Serves 4–6.
Ingredients
8 oz (227g) full-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup (113g) sour cream
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup (30g) thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add ranch seasoning and stir thoroughly until well blended.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Before serving, garnish with fresh shredded cheddar and green onions.
Notes
Bacon omitted per dietary restrictions; substitute cooked vegan bacon if desired.
Replace sour cream with Greek yogurt for a tangier twist.
Adjust seasoning to taste; add garlic salt or dill for extra flavor.
