1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp alcohol-free Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

Dice potatoes into 1-inch wedges and boil 10 minutes
Drain and season with salt and smoked paprika
Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet
Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes
