Ingredients

12 mini slider buns (preferably brioche or whole wheat)
½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat)
¼ cup ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (swap to mozzarella or pepper jack)
2 tbsp unsalted butter (for basting buns)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cook shredded chicken on the baking sheet until fully cooked (165°F internal temp)
Shred chicken with two forks, ensuring even texture
Mix buffalo sauce thoroughly into chicken until evenly coated
Brush slider rolls with melted butter and place cut-side up on baking sheet
