2 tbsp unsalted butter (for basting buns)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cook shredded chicken on the baking sheet until fully cooked (165°F internal temp)
Shred chicken with two forks, ensuring even texture
Mix buffalo sauce thoroughly into chicken until evenly coated
Brush slider rolls with melted butter and place cut-side up on baking sheet
Toast buns in the oven for 5 minutes
Top each bun with buffalo chicken mixture, then add cheddar cheese
Place 1 tbsp ranch dressing in condiment cups for serving
